Jule incorporates wisdom from Yoga & Ayurveda to facilitate deep healing while increasing health, vitality & helping one access higher states of wellness. She offers Ayurvedic Health Counseling as well as Mental Health Counseling services for teens & adults in the southcentral Alaska area. She specializes in integrating vedic approaches alongside lifestyle medicine with talk therapy, EMDR and therapeutic tools based in the DBT & CBT traditions.
