Ayurveda Practitioners
Kimberly began studying yoga in 1994. In 2000, she crossed paths with Ayurveda and was enamored by the synergy of the two sister sciences. She studied energetic herbalism, energy healing, Ayurveda and Parayoga in the lush mountains of Asheville before moving to New Mexico to study Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad. She graduated from the Ayurvedic Institute in 2013 as a Diet and Lifestyle Counselor and Yoga Teacher.
