Ayurveda Practitioners
I was introduced to Ayurveda as a child and further went on to study Ayurveda and completed my 5 and ½ years Bachelors degree in Ayurveda and Surgery from India. I completed my course achieving 3 Gold medals and securing highest marks in the University consisting of 65 Ayurvedic colleges. I have been exposed to Ayurveda clinical practice in Varanasi (Northern India) and Bengaluru (Southern India) under Ayurvedic experts. Later on I discovered my passion towards healing aspects of Yoga and so got trained as a Yoga Instructor from a renowned Yoga University in Bangalore.
I am a professionally accredited member of Australasian Association of Ayurveda and I practice along with my husband Samrth Rao. My passion in Ayurveda is towards Female Health specially in menstrual problems, pregnancy care and postnatal care, female mental Health and also in promoting general health and well-being.I believe to focus on current lifestyle and how one could adopt an Ayurveda lifestyle without much worries. I have been spreading the word of Ayurveda by organizing Ayurveda workshops and short courses, writing for local magazines and raising awareness of Ayurveda by speaking in various conferences in Australia.
