Recipes: Soybean Chapati (Indian Flat Bread)

  • Soybean flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Rock salt ¼ tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp


  • Mix both the Soyabean and Wheat flours together.
  • Add salt, oil, and water. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
  • Flatten the dough into thin cakes using a rolling pin and heat over fire in a pan until cooked.

  • Soyabean is rich in protein, rich in amino acids, great source of vitamin B, calcium and essential omega-3 fatty acids
