Beyond traditional western thought, we dive deep into the YOU that Source created and bring that to the forefront of your daily life using multiple methods of healing arts. Utilizing the tools and gifts you already have within you, to emerge into the abundant soul you are.
What I can provide: non-judgmental ear, compassionate accountability and feedback, nutrition for your special constitution, oils and herbs to accelerate the healing process, healthy, healing touch, breathwork, herbalism, art therapy, guided meditation and yoga. Within alignment, all is well.
I offer guidance in the form of deep immersions - 3, 5 or 7 day stay with me to reset your life, your health in all areas - physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. In addition, I offer 1:1 connections to remember who you came here to be - to wake up to your true nature, your prakruti and your divine connection to Source.
