Ayurveda Vancouver

A Great Responsibility Teaching meditation, breathing, and yoga through the Art of Living for over 10 years was a great segway for us into Ayurveda. Ayurveda as the sister-science of Yoga was a great compliment to our world of meditation and self-care, it became our go-to first for the rare colds or flus and then as a way of life and daily routine.

With the backing of many years of experience in the wellness space and a strong vision to bring peace, health and happiness to our society, we began to educate and train in Ayurveda bodywork techniques through Sri Sri Ayurveda Institute in Quebec.

Our journey began in Montreal, Quebec where we started our small therapy space. We were completely taken a back to see everyone’s respect and openness to explore this great science from the East. The treatments we offered were not just relaxing and spa-like but life-changing and healing for many. We realized our part in the great need to spread this knowledge to all around us, now more than ever. This journey inspired us to start a new space in Vancouver with the vision leading to a full Ayurvedic centre bringing together the best vaidyas (Ayurvedic practitioners), trainers and therapists to serve the people of Greater Vancouver Region.

As consumers ourselves, we recognize the lack of access to Ayurvedic products and services in Canada. Our vision and our commitment to you is to make Ayurveda practices accessible to all in their most authentic and pure form without having to travel great distances to achieve high quality results.
