Dr Sujatha Reddy BAMS MSEd LPC DCC
I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor, Coach and an Ayurvedic Doctor. I hold a Master of Science Degree from the University of Dayton (2005). I also have a Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery BAMS (1988). I am licensed in Colorado through DORA department of regulatory agencies and the Colorado state board of licensed professional counselors. I am also licensed in the state of Ohio through the Counselor Social Worker Marriage and Family therapist Board CSWMFT. I am experienced in the field of Mental Health for the past 12 years. I have been in the field of Ayurveda for 25 years.
I studied Ayurveda in India and became a Vaidya in 1988 with a BAMS degree from Bangalore University. I have been practicing Ayurveda for over 25years now. I specialize in Ayurvedic Psychology in particular although I do address other areas of practice. I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton MSEd and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Health and Wellness Coach. I am a certified in Yoga and Meditation from India. I work with individuals who suffer from Anxiety and Depression and who are diagnosed with Cancer, Heart disease, Diabetes, Insomnia, Post partum depression, Weight issues, chronic pain, PTSD in helping them attain their optimum health and wellness in mind, body and spirit.
MY PHILOSOPHY:
As a Counselor, Coach and Ayurvedic Consultant I approach the therapeutic process from a holistic view point. I believe that the integration of the body, mind and spirit is an essential expression of personal health. Many of today’s Mental, Physical and Social Illnesses stem from a lack of integration-disintegration, resulting in persons dissociated from themselves, the community and the environment. My focus will be on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, feels and acts. Emphasis will be on wellness, with symptoms seen as calls to self-realization. I assure you that my services will be rendered in a professional manner consistent with accepted ethical standards. Please note that it is impossible to guarantee any specific result regarding therapy or testing goals. However, together we will work to achieve the best possible results.

The owner is INCREDIBLY rude and hostile. She wouldn’t do my appointment because I have babies and they were a distraction. She began going back and fourth with me about it 0/5 stars! Do not go here!

Love the office building! Lots of space, quiet, and professional looking decor. Not to mention the franchise owner is friendly and approachable :). If you're looking for a office space to conduct your own wellness services in or around the Lakewood area, look no further.

Su has tremendous intuitive command. From the moment we began working together, she began making practical suggestions that immediately helped me change my life for the better. Though she is practiced in the Eastern Tradition, she totally understands American problems. She saw me as a concrete person and gave me real world solutions. I'm very grateful to her.

Surrendering myself to the power of Ayurveda has been one of the best decisions of my life. I couldn´t be happier that I was guided by Dr Reddy during my first experience with Ayurveda. Apart from being incredibly professional and skilled, Dr Reddy is genuinely kind and concerned with your best interest. I have worked on my physical and psychological issues using different methods, but nothing has been so efficient so quickly like the advices that Dr Reddy gave me. She also lead me through my Panchakarma in such a professional yet caring way. I genuinely felt to be in the best hands possible. After I completed the cleanse, Dr Reddy even gifted me a great e-book on Ayurveda as a reward. Moreover, Dr Reddy has been of great help in providing all the products I needed. It would have been much harder, longer and more expensive if it weren´t for her. I highly recommend trusting Dr Reddy with your health and overall wellbeing!
