Ayurveda Practitioners
I believe in the service of offering Healing Arts. I am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Practitioner in training. As a Master Instructor and Practitioner of Reiki, I also am credentialed with Integrative Energy Therapy healing. I am a trained and licensed Spiritual Director, as well as, Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Being a veteran teacher for nearly three decades, I hold a BA and a Masters degree in the field of Education teaching Romance languages, speaking four and am a published author.
I am an American-born Catholic Christian and am an ordained Minister in the Order of Melchizedek in New York. I have raised two sons and reside in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Holding ‘sacred space’ is the focus of my work and guidance. The practice of yoga/meditation, energy healing, spiritual guidance and Ayurveda is a prayer of body, mind, heart and spirit. It yokes our ability to find our Higher Power in times of light and darkness: “You do not need to know precisely what is happening, or exactly where it is all going.
