Ayurveda Practitioners
Nichole started her yoga journey in the early 2000’s. The first class she took was in someone’s home, all ages and levels. It was in Savasana that she feel in love with the practice, after moving her body around in many new comfortable and uncomfortable ways she was grateful to end in a deep relaxation. A relaxation that was much needed after what felt like years of holding her breath. That was the beginning of the understanding that before there is peace there need to be release. Nichole has a natural ability to connect to people. It is her dharma, life purpose, to teach and heal. In a class or session with Nichole you can expect to begin the journey of self discovery and healing. Her magic tools are Ayurveda and yoga therapy. It is her passion to be a guiding light in the process of preparing and tending to the soil of soul.
Nichole is the lead trainer in all of the YVC Yoga and Ayurveda programs. Nichole is a Nama Certified Ayurvedic Heath Counselor, 900hr Clinical IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, ERYT 500HR Teacher trainer.
