Conventional medicine provides the tools of modern technology, research and data. Ayurveda is an ancient art of medicine, and is a complement to conventional medicine. It is described in the texts as “The Science of Life” because it delineates not only treatments for illnesses, but also a system of daily living that restores balance, harmony, healing, and longevity in the individual.The teachings support the idea that all life must be supported by energy in balance, primarily through diet, meditation, and bodywork.
The goal of our vedaHEALTH practice is to utilize the teachings of both conventional and Ayurvedic medicine in order to support an individual’s entire health for sustainable wellness.
