Balance & Bliss
Denise is the founder of Balance & Bliss Ayurveda and Yoga. She is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga instructor and massage therapist. Her yoga studies began in 1969 and she has been a certified yoga instructor since 1985.
Denise received her formal education and clinical training in Ayurveda, earning a degree as an Ayurvedic practitioner, from the Ayurvedic Center for Well Being – Florida Vedic College in 2005. She is the founder, director and primary instructor of Ayurveda at the Florida Academy of Ayurveda, a post-secondary school for professional education in Ayurveda, that began offering classes in 2011. Denise is a founding member of the Florida Association of Ayurveda, a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and a Registered Member ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance. Denise lives in Florida, but practices online where she provides Ayurvedic consultations, Ayurveda classes and programs, and private yoga sessions to clients in the USA and abroad.
