Ms. Cory Tixier

Cory completed her 200hr Teacher Training in 2009 at the Yogaville Ashram in Buckingham, Virgina.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She is also registered with The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Alliance (YA).
In 2013 Cory completed extensive study with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute. She was later invited to join the faculty at the Ayurvedic Institute as both a teacher and curriculum developer.
Cory is presently the on-site Ayurvedic Clinician and assistant to Dr. Lad at the Vasant Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India where she oversees both client and student programing in their Panchakarma Facility.
Cory also maintains a private practice providing Ayurvedic treatments and consultations and has developed curriculum for a number of educational organizations including Grassroots Yoga in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Integral Yoga in New York City.
She is available for workshops, seminars and private study both nationally and internationally.
