Studio owner and director, Poonam Gupta, is a certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT. She is an advanced yoga practitioner teacher with over 20 yrs of teaching experience.
Poonam holds a Masters of Philosophy degree from University of Delhi, India. She received her formal yoga training in India and US and has over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. She is an ERYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 Level). She is also a Registered Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher ( RCYT). She has studied with teachers from many different traditions and has developed her own unique style.
