Hello! My name is Karla Horton and I am a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. As an AWC my focus is to help my clients find health, wellness and longevity through the application of preventive healthcare measures recommended by traditional Ayurvedic medical science principles and practices. Through in-depth discussion and observation we'll discover your body constitution and it's state of balance. Next, we'll create a plan including recommendations for diet, lifestyle and daily routines to keep your body functioning at optimal capacity. And then we'll help you put it all into practice by providing you with detailed meal plans, yoga/pranayama classes, and supplements tailored to you.
