About Council for Ayurveda Research

CAR is a pioneering initiative to promote and establish Ayurveda as an evidence based health science globally. One of our core goals is to create a platform for the exchange, interaction and integration of information, competencies, expertise and resources between apex academic institutions, researchers practitioners and students in US as well as in other countries to facilitate Ayurvedic research of the highest global standards. Our long term goal is to become the nodal agency for Indo US collaborations and initiatives for Research in Ayurveda, with the ultimate aim of establishing Ayurveda globally as a credible healing science. Headquartered in USA, CAR is expanding its vision to other countries.
