Not great. I booked with Shanti Ayuveda for a wellness day (took a off to work, travelled 2 hours to get there and back). The treatment was nice (45 mins massage and 45 mins buttermilk dribbling onto my forehead) but when I finished the massage the doctor was nowhere to be found so I didn't get a a nutrition plan as promised or any discussion about my health. They tried to charge me the full amount 5000php. When I spoke to the doctor on the phone, he said he would call me the next day to discuss my nutrition plan but hasn't called since. It's now been nearly a week. I feel stupid for even paying 4000php because in the end, all I got was a massage and came away with a bad feeling like I'd been cheated out of my money. The wellness day too 1 hour 45 mins and gave me a bad headache for the rest of the day. Wouldn't recommend.
