Ayurveda Practitioners
With over 15 years of experience in yoga and six years as an Ayurveda Practitioner, I am passionate about multi-disciplinary holistic healing. NAMA is National Ayurvedic Medical Association in the United States and I am board certified as both a Wellness Counselor and a Practitioner with them. I have been volunteering and coaching Yoga students and practitioners at various venues in Ann Arbor. I am also a teaching faculty at Narayana Ayurveda Academy. I like to work with you to help transform your health.
I am also a trained Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam ( Indian classical dance forms) Dancer. Art has taught me a lot of self discipline and I incorporate a lot of things I’ve learned from Ayurveda and Yoga in my dance.
