Ayurveda Practitioners
Melissa has been exploring the world of healing arts for more than twenty years. She has been facilitating classes, retreats, groups and seeing private clients since 1997. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and a graduate certificate in holistic healthcare. She has accumulated thousands of hours in Yoga, Body & Energy work, Ayurveda and Psychotherapy training.
Each Consultation Will Assess:
Current Lifestyle, Diet, Emotions, Sensory Function, Level of Toxins Circulating in the System, Digestive Strength, and Organ Health. Pulse diagnosis will be utilized to determine one’s Prakruti (Inherent Constitution) and one’s Vikruti (Current Imbalance).
Each Initial Consultation will take Approximately 90 minutes to 2 Hours. An additional 45 minute follow-up appointment is required to give further recommendations which is included in the initial fee of $175.
After the assessment, the client may be given any of the following:
A Daily Routine, Dietary Recommendations, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Practices, as well as Breathing, Meditation or Yoga Asana Practice.
