Kristen Rae is based our of Brooklyn, NY. It is here and in the greater NY region that she continually puts her cherished experiences in travel, art, dance, yoga, Ayurveda and traditional healing into private and classroom education.
Kristen Rae Stevens AyP, E-RYT500 is a nationally certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Specialist. She has been in private education and counseling for over 20 years. In addition, Kristen Rae has introduced Ayurveda to Primary Care Physicians at Mount Sinai Hospital, herbalists at Arborvitae School of Traditional Medicine, medical students for the Student Integrative Medicine programming at Sinai, and yogis in various esteemed teacher training programs in NYC and abroad.
