About Jessica Ferrol

Jessie’s Whole-istic Care is a synthesis of Ayurveda, Yoga and Holistic Mental Health Counseling. Together, these modalities form a complete system of Whole-istic care. Our approach to wellness addresses the needs of the mind, body and soul.  Your treatment plan will integrate these modalities and will be custom tailored to meet your needs.  It will be determined by:  

  • Your wellness goals
  • Incorporating changes in your daily routine that will reduce mental and physical imbalances/discomforts
  • Learning self-care therapies and coping skills to achieve mental and physical resiliency
