I practice Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork. I welcome a wide variety of patients into my practice–from fertility patients and expecting moms with discomforts of pregnancy to those suffering Austin’s ubiquitous seasonal allergies to athletes training for competitions to those suffering from repetitive strain issues due to computer use.
Having practiced massage for over 10 years, I have a special interest in treating muscular-skeletal issues, working to address both the physical and the emotional components of chronic pain. I often incorporate massage, cupping, gua sha, and other manual therapies into my acupuncture treatments. And my massage sessions incorporate my training in Muscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapies, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Tuina / Chinese Medical Massage, and Structural Integration based Medical Massage.
