Namaste, I am Deepa Radhakrishnan , I feel so honored to introduce myself as an Ayurvedic practitioner , My bachelors in Ayurveda was done at Sri Sai Ram Ayurvedic college and research center in Chennai , Tamil Nadu located in southern part of India .
As yoga I a part of Ayurvedic teachings can also be called as the sister science of Ayurveda , I had a privilege of learning yoga in my college days. I do have a certification on yoga from India .
Being a wife and mom of two lovely kids, I am concerned about the health of family, I incorporate my Ayurvedic knowledge in my cooking by adding more nutrients dense ingredient to our daily diet. The courses on nutrition which I took here gave me the modern outlook on diet and exercise .
Before and after traveling across the globe to US. I used to help , suggest and advice on home remedies , health tips, beauty tips, healthy recipes etc for people who are interested in Ayurvedic approach .
Currently I am pursuing my LMT program . Which helps me to combine the modern techniques of massage to my Ayurvedic learnings to perform various panchakarma therapies offered at Astanga Ayurved and wellness center.
At this point I am so excited to continue my journey on this Ayurvedic world and help people experience the power of Mother Nature .
