In 2011 I began my journey of self-healing with the help of exercise, proper nutrition, and various holistic healing practices.
My mission is to support and empower individuals on their journey to restore their natural balanced state of health and well-being. Through educational guidance, practical tools, exercise and nourishing treatments, I can assist you on your path towards optimal health, vitality, mental clarity and harmony.
I was inspired to pursue training in exercise, yoga, bodywork and Ayurveda. Through my personal transformative experience I discovered a deep rooted passion to help guide and educate others in lifestyle, diet and wellness practices to promote health and bring more balance into their lives.
I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and an Integrative Yoga Therapy Instructor. To further my understanding of the mind-body connection, I became a licensed massage therapist and a health & wellness counselor trained in the classical medical science of Ayurveda in New Mexico, under the guidance of world-renowned Ayurvedic expert and teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad.
My personalized services encourage and guide people to reach their highest potential, living a happier and healthier life according to their true nature – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I offer one-on-one wellness, diet & lifestyle consultations, therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic body therapies, exercise instruction and private therapeutic yoga sessions. I believe in the power of a holistic approach to reduce stress and bring balance and nourishment into our lives.
