I am Ayurveda Specialist and Yoga Instructor, trained in India, the birthplace of the sister sciences, Ayurveda and Yoga. I have completed a five year and six month degree program in Ayurveda and over the past twenty years, I have had the pleasure of working with several clients in India and US.
Often times we address disease once it has made itself present in the body. As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I educate people about how to prevent disease and improve their, overall quality of life in a natural way. By working with them on eating habits, lifestyle and aligning with the changes of season, a more organic and wholesome lifestyle is achieved. As a licensed Massage therapist I incorporate Ayurvedic Massages in my regular practice.
I teach Yoga Teacher training students at Lotus School of Integrated Professions and also conduct group and private sessions based on individual Dosha types.
I am very passionate about the positive effects of Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage therapies on the body, mind and spirit. It is very rewarding working with my clients and witnessing this natural transformation.
