This is the path Edie Starrett followed as she became a certified yoga instructor in 2005, subsequently discovered Ayurveda and founded MonaV Wellness. By combining the two disciplines of yoga and Ayurveda, Edie can help you achieve health & wellness.

In addition to offering private and group classes for primary health, Edie works with the Froedtert Cancer Center offering Yoga for Cancer Recovery. She also works with GE Medical, Milwaukee Sports Therapy Clinic and is an Adjunct Professor at Mount Mary University.
