In addition to judicious use of conventional psychiatric medicines, we use a wide range of intervention including, diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, nutritional supplements, Ayurveda, functional medicine and massage to reduce reliance on psychiatric medicines and help you reclaim health, harmony and vitality.
