Romny French embarked on her journey to help people improve their lives through nutrition and behavior change after her own health and wellbeing suffered as a result of neglecting to care for herself while she cared for her terminally ill father several years ago. Today, she is a Certified Nutritional Consultant (Bauman College, Berkeley CA) and member of NANP (National Association of Nutrition Professionals); a Board Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor (Vedika Global, Inc., Emeryville CA), served as Secretary of CAAM (California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine) from 2013-2016, and a Board Certified Practitioner Member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medicine Association). Romny is also a Certified Transformational Life Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist . She holds a BA and MBA with a Concentration on Healthcare Leadership from Dominican University of California. Romny is a long-time resident of Alameda, Ca.
