Ambika’s Ayurveda, located in Chico California was created in 2003. Ambika’s Ayurveda mission is to introduce the Ayurveda lifestyle, rejuvenation products and treatments to those interested as a way to improve overall health.
Jennifer (Ambika) specializes in the ancient Vedic healing sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga. Jennifer was introduced to yoga and meditation when she was 15 years old. She has continued to practice yoga and meditation as the foundation of her life. When she began studying Ayurveda she realized that she found the missing link of wisdom to develop optimum health. Because of the physical and mental benefits of adding Ayurveda to her own life, she is committed to guiding anyone who is interested in improving their health with the wisdom of Ayurveda.
