Hi there! My name is Maria Ramirez, and I'm a health educator and nutrition coach. I specialize in holistic health, whole foods nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. My passion is helping people achieve optimal health and wellness by addressing the root cause of their health concerns, rather than simply treating the symptoms. 

With a Master's degree in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University, a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a focus in Health Education/Promotion from Southern California University of Health Sciences, and a certification as an Ayurveda Counselor from the National Ayurvedic Medical Association school Narayana Ayurveda, I'm equipped with the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your health goals. 

As a lifelong student of holistic and whole-body medicine, I've developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of natural medicine, whole foods, and mind-body practices such as yoga and meditation. I'm committed to empowering others to take control of their health and well-being through personalized lifestyle interventions. 

In addition to my passion for holistic health, I also have a love for travel and exploration. I'm particularly drawn to destinations with aqua blue waters, as I find the tranquil beauty of the ocean to be incredibly restorative and rejuvenating.
