Mary-Alice Quinn, AyD, CAS is a NAMA Board certified Ayurvedic Doctor and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist serving clients both nationally and internationally since 2004.
She graduated valedictorian with highest level certification from the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) and the American Institute of Vedic Studies.
She has completed a variety of advanced post-graduate trainings in the US and India, including those with the Ayurvedic Institute and the International Integrative Educational Institute (IIEI).
Mary-Alice currently resides in Sacramento, CA where she has an active private practice blending Ayurvedic nutritional therapies and daily rhythms as well as personalized herbal remedies and body therapies, to assist her clients in achieving and maintaining healthy, satisfying and balanced lives.
Her study and clinical practice is focused on the application of nutrition and lifestyle practices, along with medical herbalism, subtle therapies and the Vedic arts for both the healing and prevention of disease.
She is an Ayurvedic Doctor member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, a professional member of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine and has maintained a personal Yoga practice for over 20 years. She is dedicated to increasing the integration of Ayurvedic medicine into modern healthcare through teaching, writing and conducting public workshops.
Mary-Alice is a senior instructor for the CCA’s on-campus and Distance Learning programs, and an instructor for IIEI’s Professional Herbalism Programs.
