After a successful career in healthcare spanning 4 decades, but peppered with personal health issues which lasted 30 years, I was able to overcome my ills and I learned to heal myself. My struggles with diabetes, liver damage from pharmaceuticals, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, psoriasis, IBS, Spinal cord injury and anoxic brain injury left me spent and hopeless and wanting to give up life.
The turnaround and hope were realized in 2010 when my last effort to find a way out of my despair led me to the root cause of my health woes.
Subsequent to my initial recovery, I realized that the positive results I achieved were not sustainable unless I undertook some significant lifestyle changes.
My lifestyle changes were made possible because of Ayurvedic Medicine, which has given me the best model for sustainable outcomes. Having now graduated from 4 years of Ayurvedic Medicine training, I decided to help others.
My Life's mission includes teaching, empowering and supporting people who are frustrated with their health issues as I once was, to find the way to recovery and wellness just like I did.
