I came to Ayurveda through the study of Yoga, travels to India, and my love of nature.
I am grateful to offer a healing modality that utilizes the gentle, yet powerful tools of nutrition, herbal medicine, breath work, body therapies, meditation, movement, and sensory therapies to maintain and restore vitality and health.
I am certified by the California College of Ayurveda as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. I have continued my studies in New Mexico and India with Dr. Vasant Lad.
I currently have a private practice in Oakland and teach the distance learning program for the California College of Ayurveda.
