Ayurveda Practitioners
I have been practicing Ayurveda for 13 years, and teaching Iyengar Yoga for 15 years. I became a licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine in 2017, and also completed an Acupuncture Sports Medicine apprenticeship program with Whitfield Reaves. I live in Oakland, and am committed to offering these ancient modalities of wisdom and service to the surrounding community. I am passionate about health and well-being.
Ayurveda and Chinese medicine are proactive and preventative forms of healthcare. I love teaching my clients how to bring themselves into balance with foods, herbs, meditation, yoga and lifestyle changes. Additionally, I have a passion for working with athletes and yoga practitioners. Utilizing my education in Sports and Orthopedic acupuncture, I help the body perform at its optimum, preventing and treating injuries with these techniques.
