About Mrs. Hillary Ann Drinkell

While working in schools, I realized that helping children (their families), faculty, staff and administrator colleagues find a healthy balance within their minds and bodies was key to every person’s success.

As a holistic approach to health and wellbeing has always been my passion, I decided to study different, ancient techniques, which would enable me to help myself and others find and maintain a healthy balance within mind and body.

With a Master’s degree in Education, and an undergraduate in Industrial Psychology, I consult with schools, business leaders, school leaders, educators and families. I’ve also developed a wellbeing curriculum that enables school educators to teach various holistic health and wellbeing techniques (proven by research) to students in their classrooms, to ensure ultimate success and harmony for every child whose lives they touch.
