Ayurveda Practitioners
Camina Gillotti is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
Her practice is focused on preventative healthcare through maintaining connection to nature with food, lifestyle, and seasonal practices. Camina loves facilitating experiences that cultivate awareness of the wisdom within through one-on-one consultations, yoga classes, Ayurvedic cooking, and guiding Wellness Hikes and retreats. Her passion lies in discovering health from the inside out and supporting others on their journey back to their naturally vibrant, most radiant state of being.
Her work is inspired by her own healing journey, passion for health and wellness, and a deep intrigue for the magical mysteries of life. After graduating college with the intentions to continue down the traditional Public Health route she took a trip to India where she discovered Ayurveda and has been studying and practicing ever since.
The bulk of her Ayurvedic training was through California College of Ayurveda where she completed two clinical internships and became an Ayurvedic Body Therapist. Camina has also studied herbal medicine and pulse diagnosis with Dr. Lad of the Ayurvedic Institute, and Ayurvedic nutrition with Dr. Sundar at the Ayurvedic Hospital in Coonoor, India. She completed her 500-hour yoga training in PranaFlow® through the Samudra Global School for Living Yoga and continues to study with Shiva Rea.
Camina is dedicated to exploring the art of balance and what it means to truly live in harmony, within ourselves and with the world around us.
