Ayurveda Practitioners
Namaste! As a compliment to my medical background, I’ve completed two years of training in Ayurveda at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. When applicable, this modality may be explored with my patients. I strongly believe that optimization of health begins with the diet, and therefore incorporate an integrated approach, utilizing both western and eastern principles. Additionally, I may recommend certain Ayurvedic remedies when needed such as herbs, oil treatments, breathing techniques, yoga, etc. The ancient Ayurvedic concept which acknowledges the need for balance between the mind, body, and spirit is no less relevant during the modern era. I greatly look forward to meeting you and working to assist you to achieve and maintain your health goals.
