About Ms. Bridget Supriya Puchalsky

Bridget is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Master Herbalist and primary care practitioner in California. She is certified by both the State of California and Nationally by NCCAOM to practice medicine. She runs successful clinics in Los Gatos and Santa Cruz, California and travels throughout the country teaching holistic health, integrative medicine and yoga.

Currently a she is a part of Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Complementary Medicine team in San Jose, CA. Previously a consultant and Quality Control Manager for K’an Herb Company in Santa Cruz, California, she has extensive understanding of herbal medicine as an herbalist from utilization to production and manufactured product.

Bridget is a National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, completing a two-year program at the Mount Madonna Institute. She develops and leads ayurveda programs in various settings such as yoga teacher-trainings and introductions to ayurveda by guiding the students and public through fundamental application of its science and the use in yoga and in life.

Available for group yoga sessions, private yoga instruction, yoga workshops, Ayurveda education, Ayurvedic wellness health consultations, and personalized herbal formulas. Bridget teaches dynamic yoga classes blending in many teaching styles using Iyengar based alignment, Vinyasa Flow, Asthanga Vinyasa, Mount Madonna Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga! Her intentions as a teacher are to “teach to learn” by acting as a vessel for the spread of ancient wisdom of yoga & ayurveda.
