I aim to empower through education, hands on healing, and self care directives, using various modalities including herbs, massage, bodywork, system detoxification's, sound healing, emotional release, plant medicine and lifestyle modifications.
I’m a Gerson trained Ayurvedic specialist with extensive knowledge in reproductive health, detoxification, emotional clearing and herbalism. This enables me to help you alleviate pain, unwind symptoms, and ultimately support your body returning to a place of vital health.
