Ayurveda Practitioners
Kathy began her journey of Yoga/Ayurveda first as a student and “family healer”. Her love of these two practices naturally evolved to becoming a professional practitioner. Kathy empowers her clients to reconnect with their “true nature” through nature and the arts. She shares these ancient practices for modern living enabling every individual to experience their inherent sense of clarity, calm and vitality. Her style is simple, do-able and is imbued with a sense of ease and humor.
She has been a guest lecturer at UCLA, Scripps College, and CMER at Loyola Marymount University. Kathy is currently Adjunct Assistant Professor at El Camino Community College and Santa Monica College, Emeritus Division. She is advisor and core faculty for UCLArts and Healing.
Kathy maintains a private Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and consulting practice in Santa Monica, CA.
