Romee is a certified 500 hours Ayurvedic Yoga teacher with the Kripalu School of Yoga and a certified 650 hours Ayurvedic consultant with the Kripalu School of Ayurveda from Massachusetts and registered with NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
She brings over 25 years of experience teaching health and fitness to the community and to you.
She brings skill, experience and a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and physiology to her students and clients. Her warm and passionate approach provides a nurturing environment to guide her students into self empowerment and vibrant health.
Romee lives Yoga and Ayurveda daily. She enjoys walking in nature and spending time by the ocean where she finds peace, solace and inspiration. She loves cooking wholesome plant based foods and spending time with friends, reading and relaxing with her cat.
