I have found, both in my studies and in my practical experience, that the balance of body, mind and spirit is the key to a health-full existence. When one aspect of our being is brought to a new level of health, the other aspects are then able to follow. This is a dynamic, constantly evolving process. We can assist this process by offering support in the form of appropriate therapeutic bodywork and propagation of a lifestyle that allows us to flow with the natural rhythms of life rather than against them.
