Ayurveda Practitioners
Dr. Yvette Kaunismaki graduated from University of Nevada Reno and went on to attend the University of Nevada School of Medicine (UNSOM) where she received her medical degree. She completed her adult psychiatry residency program from UNSOM. She continues to be affiliated with UNSOM as a clinical staff member. She has worked in various settings from the state hospitals to the private sector. She believes in the holistic approach to mental health. Medication management is a vital part of her practice; yet she equally believes therapy and herbal supplements can be used to work towards positive change and balance.
