Swaasthya Wellness is very pleased to introduce swaasthyaYOGA – a platform built to help advance your commitment to preventive healthcare. We are very happy to introduce our new instructors, Aswathy and Ashwini, who have been practicing yoga for over 8 years. Jyothika brings a Nirvana breathing fitness form which integrates movements and music based on yoga, pilates, and intentions. All the teachers have been actively promoting holistic living to communities, corporates, and many other groups. We will be starting these sessions on a regular basis so take this time to know your teachers and enjoy your relaxed mind and body!!
