Ayurveda Practitioners
Ashlyn Miller is a graduate from Western Carolina university with a B.A. & B.S. and a Certified Ayurveda Counselor through the Asheville school of Massage and Yoga. Her training in Ayurveda is through the teachings of Dr. Vasant Lad, transferred by the amazing teachers at Asheville School of Massage & Yoga. She is Certified in Usui Reiki and an ERYT Yoga Instructor with many hours of teaching experience and continues to share her love for yoga & more natural approaches to health within the community. Ashlyn became a strong advocate for holistic health after experiencing chronic digestive issues accompanied by hormonal imbalance, stress, & anxiety for a period of time with no answers from doctors or relief from allopathic medicine. It was the practice of Yoga that birthed Ayurveda in to Ashlyn’s life and the two together have helped propel her forward on her healing journey. The sister sciences of Ayurveda & Yoga serve as timeless tools for Ashlyn as she deciphers this experience on Mother Earth, moving closer & closer to her truest nature and highest Self. It is her hope to spark this flame of potential inside others.
Without any certainty for how this path will unfold, Ashlyn continues to follow her heart and share what she has learned through her own life narrative in hopes that others will be encouraged to do the same. The path of healing is not always the “easiest” but by far the most rewarding.
