I am certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor through the Himalayan Institute and a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. I am a veteran yoga instructor with over 15 years experience. My passion is empowering others to take control of their health through the practical applications of Ayurveda. I have been a speaker at National conferences and I continue to travel sharing lectures throughout the US. I live in Shaker Heights with my husband and three girls.
I believe that one size does not fit all. One modality of healing, one diet, one kind of exercise or one type of lifestyle is not the only way to health. I believe we all have a unique constitution and with guidance, experimentation and openess we can learn how to feel strong and resilient in our bodies and minds. When we work together, I will meet you exactly where you're at-there will be no judgement, or expectations. I want to hear what you've been through, what you've tried and most of all, where you want to be. I sincerely hope to have the privilege of becoming your Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
