Established in 2020, Ayurtrita is the soul child of a young aspiring Ayurveda practitioner and a group of enthusiastic entrepreneurs, who want to provide the best of authentic Kerala Ayurveda practices to the Dallas community. Originated in India and flourished in God’s own country Kerala, Ayurveda is a comprehensive health care system with a profound history of more than 5000 years.
We are a traditional wellness center started for Dallas Community for a healthy balance of mind-body and spirit. In today’s world lot of active people are affected by common problems like obesity, smoking, stress, cellulites, chronic tiredness, insomnia, weak muscular tonus etc. Through our Kerala Ayurvedic wisdom we see an individual’s health as a holistic vision on health. Our key emphasis will be to identify root cause of health issue and recommend an efficient treatment. Its time to go back to natural – towards everything natural eliminating all artificial daily existences(we breathe polluted air, eating alimentary additives, we live most of the time in close spaces, connected to monitors).
