I recently received Ayurveda treatment from Dr. Lakshmi, a skilled practitioner from Kerala, and my experience was exceptional. Choosing postnatal Ayurveda with Dr. Lakshmi and therapist Shobha was the best decision after my delivery. Dr. Lakshmi's recommendations and massages were instrumental in speeding up my recovery from postpartum back pain and cervical neck pain due to an epidural. Both Dr. Lakshmi and Shobha impressed me with their specialization in providing massages and therapies. They also offer recommendations and massages for autoimmune neuro-muscular-related conditions. I highly recommend this place for its effective and personalized approach to overall well-being.
