My journey has led me to mysterious temples in India, a 5000-year- old tradition of natural healing that outlines the same causes and progression of diseases we see in the West, preventative diet and lifestyle, the subtle power of the life force, the elegance of our human anatomy and the mind/body’s natural ability to return to balance.
