Join us for a comprehensive and balanced practice of integral yoga, a system that integrates all aspects of yoga into a harmonious whole. Integral yoga classes include physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation, as well as ethical principles and spiritual teachings. You will learn how to cultivate health, peace, and joy in your body, mind, and spirit. Our classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and are led by Baljit Binning, an experienced and certified instructor.
Each class is 1 hour and 45 minutes long
$25 per session.
