My name is Baljit and I am a certified Ayurveda Pracitioner, Spa Therapist, yoga, meditation instructor and a pracitioner of Buddhism. In past I have worked with The Chopra Treatment Center which specializes in mind, body and spirit wellness.
I teach yoga, meditation and give ayurveda lectures and consulations to individuals who are looking to transform their lives for greater health and well being.
After years of training and practice that combines daily yoga, meditation, ayurveda teaching and daily buddha teachings, I believe I have discovered the keys to unlock each individuals human potential.

I can’t say enough about Bal.I began the classes around 8 weeks ago and I’ve learned so much but am still learning.I like the fact that Bal takes his time and explains the science behind it and then we practice it.Lots of time for Q&A.I was not a person who does any type of yoga and meditation daily, so I have little to no experience on the topic.I quickly found what I was looking for.This is not a regular type of yoga class.More of a theory/practical experience and the rest is up to you to research and practice daily.
